Q. What are the delivery charges ?
A.
We offer FREE domestic delivery for orders above INR 5,000 For orders below INR 5,000 there is a minimum
delivery charge of INR. 150. for a package weighing up to 500 gms. and INR 250 above 500 gms. However the
shipping charge will increase corresponding to the weight & location of the package.

Q. What is the estimated delivery time ?
A
. Estimated delivery time depends on the following factors:
Product's availability with Us
The destination to which you want the order shipped from our location.
If item in stock then estimated time of delivery is within 10 working days for domestic orders and 21 working
days for international orders. All orders usually get shipped within a week from our warehouse.
* Business days exclude public holidays and sundays.

Q. Why is the CoD option not offered in my location ?
A
. Availability of CoD depends on the ability of our courier partner to accept cash as payment at the time of delivery. 

Returns / Exchange

Q. What is our Exchange Policy ?
A. We allow exchange only for Products which you received in "Damaged/Defective/Broken" condition. You can initiate
an exchange request within 2 days of receiving the parcel. We do not accept exchange otherwise.
After we have reviewed your return request, you will receive an e-mail with instructions on resolution or return of your
item. Please allow us 3-4 days to respond to your exchange request and provide instructions on returning your item.
We recommend using an online traceable courier service for returning your items.

Q. Who pays for the delivery charges for returning of products ?
A. When you're returning an item that was damaged/ defective, you will be compensated for return courier charges. You
will be paid flat Rs. 100 voucher which can be used to buy any of the products for next 3 months. Please pack well
when you are returning the product so that it reaches us in safe condition.

Q. When is exchange not possible ?
A. There are certain scenarios where it is difficult for us to exchange:
Exchange request is made outside the specified time frame
Any consumable item which has been used
Made-to-order / customised goods   

Orders

Q. How can I track the delivery of my order?
A
. All shipments are delivered through reputed courier partners, we will provide you with a Tracking ID after dispatching
your order. You can easily track your shipment through the docket no: provided to you on the respective websites of
our courier partners. 

Payments

Q. How do I pay for a purchase?
A
. The Pahari Store offers you multiple payment methods. Whatever your online mode of payment, you can be
rest assured that our trusted payment gateway partners use secure encryption technology to keep your
transaction details confidential at all times. We also accepts payments made using Visa, MasterCard,
Maestro credit/debit cards.
